Yes, all new equipment purchased from The Camera Store includes a full manufacturer's warranty. We only sell official 'White Box' or retail stock, never grey market imports.

We use professional-grade, shock-absorbent packaging and double-boxing for all lenses and camera bodies. Every shipment is fully insured against damage or loss during transit.

What is your return policy for open-box electronics?

You can return most items within 14 days of delivery. Equipment must be in its original condition with a shutter count increase of fewer than 50 frames and include all original packaging and accessories.

Do you offer sensor cleaning or technical support?

We provide complimentary technical support for all purchases. While we do not perform in-house repairs, we offer professional sensor cleaning services and can facilitate factory repairs with major brands like Sony, Canon, and Nikon.

Can I trade in my old gear for a discount on new equipment?
