At The Camera Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on most new photography equipment and accessories. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included documentation and accessories to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the item in its original manufacturer box, ensuring all lenses, caps, cables, and manuals are included, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, making sure to remove or cover any old shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the equipment, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
